Nicole designed, curated and delivered a bespoke “Year of Development” for a group of senior academic women in ASTRO 3D. The purpose was to support the cohort to strengthen their research leadership network and collaborative efforts in Astrophysics across Australia. The combination of a 3-day event together with five one-on-one career coaching sessions with Nicole provided the perfect balance of group cohesion and tailored individual growth and development.

Nicole has a special gift for getting to the heart of the matter. She is warm, humorous, relatable and understands organic messy careers and intertwined lives. She has so much wisdom.

Identifying a specific need, she rose above and beyond the scope of the engagement to work through an issue that when solved has provided a beautiful gift to our community.

The program was incredibly well received, with 92% of participants rating it as better or much better than expected, and 100% of the participants rated the one-on-one coaching and professional support provided by Nicole as very or extremely useful. 

As senior women, we’ve all sat through cookie-cutter leadership sessions that make you want to poke your eyes out.
