Earlier on in my career, when I was trying to work out how to move things forward, I was at a crossroads and couldn’t figure out the next step. Fortuitously, my work was sponsoring an external mentorship program and through that program I met Nicole. She challenged my thinking and helped me to figure out what I wanted and how I could consider the next steps. I still remember and reflect on that advice, and even my work colleagues remember her words of wisdom. She helped me to navigate a difficult time in my professional career and has always stayed in touch and continued to provide great insights and thought-provoking reflections.  She is not just an excellent mentor but also an amazing individual and I am so lucky to know her.
