I first met Nicole as an undergraduate at university when I applied for her Coaching Prize for Young Women over 10 years ago. As the first in my family to attend university (or even finish year 12), Nicole was instrumental in helping me adjust to and understand the unfamiliar world of professional services.
Starting my career in investment banking, Nicole’s insightful guidance helped me navigate people, personalities (and egos), and office politics, while also teaching me the importance of building relationships and keeping as many doors open as possible. Over the years, Nicole has supported me through several career transitions — including internal role changes, moving from client-servicing to corporate, and returning to work while adjusting to life as a new parent. She has been a trusted sounding board, offering a safe space to be authentic, vulnerable, and open to new ideas.
Nicole asks deep, thoughtful questions and brings a wealth of experience and perspective that continually opens my eyes to new possibilities. She has challenged me to honestly and fearlessly understand who I am, what I value, and what I’m worth — and has given me the confidence to pursue my goals with clarity and purpose.
Nicole is generous with her time, her spirit, and her wisdom. I’m deeply grateful for her ongoing (and at times, fierce) support and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering their next move.
