Nicole worked with me on a pro bono basis shortly after I graduated from university.  I was entering a field where there were few female leaders, and even fewer Asian female leaders.  I didn’t have the social framework then to help me navigate the environment – and working with Nicole was transformative.  

Nicole is an activator – she lifts you up so you can soar.  At the time, I was grateful she gave me a few frameworks to navigate the transition from student to professional.  And in moments of self-doubt (and there were many…), Nicole reminded me of my strengths, cheering me on and planting ideas and possibilities.  Ten years on, I can now see it was so much more than that – I am still in the field (at the time, I thought it was a job and not a career) and crafting my own leadership style.  Our work helped me distil my values, name my discomfort and find my voice in it.  It taught me how to find my own clarity, courage and conviction – skills which still serve me today.

Nicole’s style is so purpose-led and empowering – I can’t recommend her enough.  Everyone needs a Nicole.
