Community

Community is at the core of our practice. It matters to us deeply, and our investment reflects that.

Our commitment to community creates alignment. With our values, our goals, our aspirations.

When we lean into our strengths in the service of ourselves, we build engagement.

When we use our strengths in the service of others, it gives us meaning.

When we leverage our strengths in a way that aligns with our values, we’re unstoppable. Community support helps make us unstoppable.

Our Commitment to Community

Community has been the critical third pillar of our practice from the outset. We support and invest in our community in different ways, but always in the hope that we can lift up the people and causes that are important to us. Our community support gives our work more meaning.

Pro-Bono Coaching

We dedicate a big chunk of time to supporting young people on the cusp of starting, and in the early stages of, their professional careers, most of whom are the first in their family to attend university. It’s one of the ways we can share our unique skills, experience and wisdom for the benefit of our community.

Engagement

Engagement and capacity building with and for our community is another way we can leverage one of the most valuable assets we have to give, our skills, experience and wisdom. We do it in all sorts of different ways, but always for the people, causes and organisations we care about.

Support

Sometimes it is financial support that our community needs most, so this is another important limb of our commitment to our community. We are very careful and deliberate when it comes to supporting our community financially, but our aim is always to have a lasting impact on the people and causes we care about.
