Some are in transition, maybe moving from a mid-level role to an executive role where they need to reinvent themselves to take their seat at the executive table or perhaps leaving an organisation altogether. Others are in the early stages of their careers and are figuring out the best way to navigate the professional landscape to realise their aspirations. And others are leading their division or organisation and simply need that safe place to confide that we provide.
Whatever their career stage, we partner with clients to help them articulate their values, understand what drives them, identify their strengths and figure out how they can best leverage their skills, experience and inherent capabilities to realise their goals and aspirations. We use everything at our disposal to do this.
We believe that the best career decisions are underpinned by values that have been identified using an iterative and reflective process. If you know who you are, what matters to you and what you stand for, you’ll find it easier to say no to an opportunity that isn’t right. By saying no, you create the space to say yes to the opportunities that are worth pursuing – for you.
We are coaches and sometimes mentors to our clients. We also make introductions and connections that we believe will be useful and we proffer hypotheses and make suggestions. We help our clients to see themselves through different lenses, and challenge them to look not just at how things are, but also how they might be. We travel with our clients as a guide and help them to have a more fulfilling career.
