McKenna Bespoke Development & Facilitation (McKenna BDF) is a boutique development business that provides clients with highly customised career development and transition coaching, executive coaching, professional support, mentoring and facilitation services. We also make introductions and connections, and offer clients alternative ways of doing and seeing things. We help our clients to see themselves through different lenses, and challenge them to look not just at how things are, but also how they might be.

We do not deliver standard sessional coaching, generic programs or “off the shelf” solutions. Established by Nicole McKenna following a distinguished and varied career as a commercial lawyer, human resources director and freelance organisational development consultant in Australia, the United States and China, McKenna BDF is a unique player in the market.
